5. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to fulfill orders quickly, but delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.
Once we hand your order to the carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to you.
6. Returns and Exchanges
We offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your item.
- Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging.
- Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Restocking fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns unless the item arrives defective or incorrect.
- Final sale items: Products within the Rooted Deals and Seasonal Selections collections are non-returnable.
