At The Rooted Home, every order is packed with care and intention. Below, you’ll find everything you need to know about how and when your items ship.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
Note: During peak seasons, new collection launches, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We’ll communicate any significant delays directly.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight, and selected carrier. Different items may have different shipping times and options available at checkout.
Typical delivery estimates:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1–2 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays once your order has been shipped.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package from our studio to your doorstep.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship within the United States.
- If you’d like to request international shipping, please email support@therootedhomestore.com ; we may be able to accommodate certain locations.
- We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes for oversized or fragile items. If this affects your order, we’ll contact you for an alternate address.
Oversized & Fragile Items
Larger furniture, oversized décor, and fragile goods may require special handling or white-glove delivery. If this applies to your order:
- Additional shipping fees may apply.
- Our team will contact you to confirm delivery details and scheduling before shipment.
Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items
For preorder or custom items, estimated delivery timelines will be noted on the product page. These timelines may vary due to production schedules and supplier lead times.
Delays & Carrier Issues
Once your order leaves our studio, The Rooted Home is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs processing, weather conditions, or other events outside our control.
If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you haven’t received it, please reach out to the carrier directly. We’ll assist wherever possible but cannot replace items lost after delivery confirmation.
Risk of Loss
Ownership of products transfers to you once we hand your package to the carrier. At that point, risk of loss or damage passes to you.
Shipping Damages
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at support@therootedhomestore.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging
- Your order number
We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.
